Meet the Owner

Meet Richard "Rich" C Caudill-Arundell, LP, MLS (Hons), G Cert LP, the Managing LP at Caudill Arundell Law PLC.

Rich was born and brought up in rural South-Eastern KY. He proudly keeps his small town values at heart. Rich is an animal lover and enjoys helping other people. This desire to help others is what lead him into the practice of law.

His path into the legal field began when he first obtained a Paralegal Certification in 2015. He has worked as a freelance paralegal since 2017 for various attorneys and has consistently received stellar ratings based on the quality of his services.

After obtaining his B.A., Rich made the decision to apply to attend law school at the University of Arizona James E Rogers College of Law in the MLS program. He was accepted and began attending in 2022.

Rich graduated with a Master's Degree in Legal Studies with Honors and a Graduate Certificate in Legal Paraprofessional ("LP") in Spring of 2024. He also received a Marshall Scholarship while attending and is a published legal scholar.

After graduation, Rich then registered for and passed the required exams administered by the Arizona Supreme Court necessary for him to obtain LP licensure and practice in Civil Law.

Rich is extraordinarily dedicated and committed to his clients. As their legal representative, he not only wants and diligently works toward clients' legal matters ending in success, he also wants his clients to succeed in their personal endeavors.
